Occurs when the active content within the cell is clicked.
[Visual Basic] Overridable Protected Sub OnActiveContentClick( _ ByVal e As DataGridViewCellMouseEventArgs _ ) [C#] protected virtual void OnActiveContentClick( DataGridViewCellMouseEventArgs e ); [C++] protected: virtual void OnActiveContentClick( DataGridViewCellMouseEventArgs* e );
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.
The OnActiveContentClick method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors: When overriding OnActiveContentClick in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnActiveContentClick method so that registered delegates receive the event.
