When overridden in a derived class, handles the pressing of the up button on the up-down control.
[Visual Basic] Overridable Public Function OnNavigateUp() As Boolean [C#] public virtual bool OnNavigateUp(); [C++] public: virtual bool OnNavigateUp();
A value indicating whether the up-down control has been changed.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.
The OnNavigateUp method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors: When overriding OnNavigateUp in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnNavigateUp method so that registered delegates receive the event.
